Keys Gate Charter School students came out to see a Q&A session and demonstration by the players. Many of these students volunteered to be ball kids throughout the tournament.
The Keys Gate Open could not exist without volunteers.

| We greatly appreciate the time and effort that many people put in to bringing the only professional tennis tournament to the Monroe, Dade and Broward Counties. We can always use more people, as we strive to make the Keys Gate Open one of the best Challengers on tour, and try to attract the world's best players.
